My Students

We are a small rural school in North Eastern Montana. We have the opportunity to see for many, many miles with no mountains blocking our view. My students have a variety of family lives, and I enjoy seeing their smiling faces each day.

The students are excited about​ school and discovering new information!

These students come from a very small town with the nearest Walmart being over 90 miles away. They enjoy the smallness of our community and knowing all their classmates.

My Project

At our school, all students have access to dry erase boards to use for many different lessons. For anyone who uses dry erase makers, you know they don't last forever, especially with younger students. The end of the year is still two months away and the supply drawer for dry erase markers is getting very bare.

Dry erase markers and boards are beneficial in classrooms by increasing student engagement, allow for a quick activity and easy to erase for many lesson practices.

The students use the dry erase boards on a daily basis, both with teacher led instruction as well as a tool for assisting in self-paced classwork.
