In my kindergarten classroom, students are given a chance to grow and learn in a warm and inviting environment. My students are supported, encouraged, and challenged daily to be the best students they can be.
My students are excited to explore and engage themselves in their K-5 learning community.
They are excited to learn, eager to try new things, and almost always have a huge smile on their faces. My students take pride in their work and try diligently to try harder each day.
My students need more hands-on materials to help build fine motor control and also help them think outside the box. By bringing more hands-on materials such as bingo counters, different shape counters, and 3D-shapes to my classroom, my students will be able to explore different learning tools on their own, at their own pace. They will be able to practice a variety of math skills using many of these manipulatives. Using these for instruction will also help my students be able to verbally express their learning.
My kindergarten students need a variety of activities to keep them excited and engaged in learning.
We will also be able to utilize some of these organizational items (supply caddies and paper trays) to keep all our new manipulatives safe in an organized way. All of these materials will bring an excitement for learning and help keep things fun and new for my students. Many of my students have never had access to learning experiences like these and it will be so fun to see them explore this new type of learning!
