My Project

My project will provide students and classrooms with whole class sets for every student. Materials like fraction tiles, graphing boards, number lines, and place value will be used in large and small group lessons. This will help them to understand math from the concrete to procedural and then to application in math lessons. I would be able to teach a whole group math lesson or small group lessons. I would also embed number talks into my lessons with the professional book: Number Talks to integrate in my articulation with teachers.
