My students need various learning activities, such as Feed-The-Animals Fine Motor Games, Giant Alphabet Beads, and Gear Builders to help develop math, literacy, and fine motor skills.
My students are energetic and eager learns who come to school each day with a smile on their faces. They are so curious about the world about them and their excitement inspires me to provide them with the best possible learning experiences.
Many of my students have one or both parents who are serving in the military and their home environment can be very unpredictable at times.
I strive to provide my students with a stable and consistent environment that nurtures their learning and growth. As a new teacher to the school district, I would love to provide my class with materials that will benefit their learning experiences.
My Project
I have requested a variety of math and literacy manipulatives for my classroom. My students are constantly working on their alphabet, counting, and phonics; these manipulatives will provide my students with hands on learning experiences and enrich their learning. I have also requested a variety of fine motor manupulatives to help support my students who are struggling with pencil grip.
We will use these manipulatives in whole group, small group, and during centers.
My students are currently functioning at various levels. These math, literacy, and fine motor manipulatives will help me provide my students with a learning experience that is hands on and challenging for each student!
