As a teacher of a Head Start/Pre-K class, I know that my students are faced daily with all kinds of challenges which they meet with smiles and hard work.
It is my goal to provide them with as many diverse choices as I can throughout my classroom.
I want to enrich their minds and their lives in every way possible in the time they spend with me. I want them to see that their options are unlimited, dreams can come true, and they can truly reach for the stars. Oh, the places they will go!
My Project
Our preschoolers needs some new building and manipulating materials to use in centers and as table toys. We like to give the children a variety of items to choose from during these trying and times of social distancing.
Creativity is so important to instill in our preschoolers and is a skill they can carry with them in and out of the classroom.
They can use the dot paint to make unique art projects. The snap blocks can be used to help with learning their alphabet and sight words. The pegs and magnetic builders are great for building fine motor skills all while letting their imaginations run wild.
