This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

The world of education has been flipped upside down. I have been educating my students virtually through my own website that includes created instructional videos along with having live instruction with Zoom calla. I have been using an iPad to create and record instructional videos for my students as well as conduct Zoom calls.

My Project

Due to gracious donors, I now have an iPad that I use to connect with my students. Distance learning has become the new norm and this resource has helped tremendously. Yet I’m wanting to extend how I’m using the device.

Having a keyboard case for my iPad would help me to expand my capabilities of reaching my students.

Currently, it is challenging to type lengthy responses to students’ assignments on an iPad. This project would help me save time and reach more students in a timely manner. It will also assist with typing and creating resources for students to use. Lastly, this project will also protect my iPad from damage so that I may use this resource for an extended period of time.
