As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. In light of this, I am looking to keep things simple and provide students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
"Look what I did!" is one of the phrases heard most in our classroom.
The joy that the children feel when they accomplish something makes every minute of every day worth it.
I would love to be able to provide the students with the opportunity to learn in many ways.
As a preschool teacher, I spend a lot of time planning projects and bulletin boards. It would be amazing to have the Cricut Maker machine available to help me with all of the cutting - especially small pieces and letters or words.
My class loves doing crafts, but the prep work can be extremely time consuming.
Through having the Cricut Maker machine, we would be able to do a lot more art projects and inspire more creativity. My students are very eager to express themselves through art!
I look forward to the opportunity to brighten up our classroom and our hallways, and especially the lives of preschool aged kids.
