My students are full of energy every morning when they walk into my room! I love to see their smiling faces, and I love to be the one to comfort them when they are having a bad day. I teach at a 3A school in North MS. Our school is a Title I school with 70% or more of our students receive free or reduced lunch. We have a beautiful school that is colorfully decorated, but it is an older school. Our administration does an excellent job in getting us some technology but as with any school district, everything I desire to have in my classroom can't be purchased. I think DonorsChoose.org is an excellent way to raise the funds I need to meet this desired needs for my classroom.
My Project
Help our classroom out by donating to our project for a new reading table and new chairs. We need an additional table in our classroom for a reading area. This table will used to meet all of the needs of every student and for students to be engaged in our small group activities.
Our space is very limited in our classroom.
This addition to our classroom will maximize our space for small group instruction time and give the teacher and assistant an area to give quality small group instruction. We would appreciate any donation you would be willing to give to help us reach our goal for this project!
