Hi! I have a wonderful kindergarten class in Brooklyn, NY. They are all very excited about being in school. To build on that excitement and enhance their learning experience, I have found a great alphabet activity rug. The carpet gives the child visuals that represent the letters. For example, the T square has a turtle. The alphabet rug will make rug time a learning experience for each child. I plan to assign each child a new letter to sit on every week. Over time, students will learn the alphabet. This will also help the child start to relate letters to words that begin with that particular letter and begin reading sooner. All in all, the alphabet rug will be a great asset for my kindergarten students. Thank you, in advance, for your time and consideration.
