I am piloting a program that will help support students who have a difficult time in the mainstream classroom due to extreme behaviors. I like to think of this program as a little back road that is offered to students who do not qualify for an IEP but require additional support to be successful in the mainstream classroom.
My classroom is a structured and nurturing environment that needs more flexibility in creating projects that show off my students creativity and expertise.
We often create projects in our class and have minimal supplies to do so. We create group boards that show our learning in a variety of subjects. We also create art projects that could use a little pizazz. We are hoping to get some items that will help brighten up our projects and make them more durable.
A laminator will help us make our projects more meaningful and help them last well beyond the last dismissal bell!
My students will be thrilled to use the labels for their presentations and bright paper to give a pop of color to their displays.
