Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Providing opportunities for students to demonstrate their learning and pre-algebra/pre-geo knowledge to their peers is a proven methode of deepening student understanding. The students love working in small groups on their practice of prior learned concepts. The tools in this project would better equip these groups to share their understanding.

Our students need modalities to demonstrate their learning.

We currently do not have the materials for each group to have access to the tools that they need. With the successful funding of the project, my students will be able to share what they know, or work out their thinking as a group.
