Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are the most hard working, deserving kids you will ever meet.
I teach in a Title I school with over 80% of our students receiving free or reduced-price lunch.
These kids need a constant that they can rely on, and that is their classroom. I want to make their classroom a more engaging environment for them to feel safe and comfortable to learn in. They come to school with smiles on their faces, ready to conquer the world even though most of their basic needs are not met.
My Project
I finally found a resource that has it all, the only problem is I can't afford it by myself.
Imagine a classroom where the learning is owned by the students, data from purposeful assessment drives the instruction, and activities are meaningful and fun!
This is the classroom every teacher wants, but let’s face it - who has the time to gather the materials, create the activities, differentiate the instruction, and TEACH?
Help me invest in my class for the entire year! This bundle has EVERYTHING I need to be the teacher my students deserve! I will be able to use the small group lessons plans and stations activities to help bridge student gaps. They will be specified and geared directly to their individual learning needs. It doesn't get much better than that.
