My students need tape, glue, craft sticks, modeling clay and other maker space materials so that they can use their imagination to build and create the objects they dream.
Students come to my classroom for nine weeks. While in my class they use their creativity and imagination to build and create. They work in teams to solve problems, to research, to imagine and to make. In order to get there we need basic maker space supplies.
My students haven't been given the opportunity to let their imagination run wild.
My school services students who come from difficult situations. Many have not had the opportunity to reach their full potential. It is my goal to allow all students to reach their potential and to allow students who learn differently to engage in activities where they can build and create in ways they are unable to in other classes.
My Project
I am requesting tape, glue, craft sticks, modeling clay and other maker space materials that will allow my students to complete engineering and design challenges. They will also use the materials during open maker time when they will be able to let their imagination run wild. My students cannot build and create without basic supplies.
Your generous donations will allow my students to build to their hearts content with the worry of running out of supplies.
