Our school serves students in grades K-5 and provides rigorous academics, fantastic teachers and a safe learning environment. As a result, we are consistently one of the top-performing schools in the state every year. Our goal is to prepare our students for success in their future.
I service third grade students with varying achievement levels.
This is a crucial year because it is the transition year from learning to read to reading to learn. Not to mention the first year they take that big scary standardized tests at the end of the year, which determines whether they are promoted to 4th grade!
My Project
My students are beyond amazing and I want to create a magical place for them to foster a love for learning! I want to transform my classroom into Disney's Magic Kingdom!
These materials will allow my students new and exciting ways to learn.
Forget the worksheets, sticking our noses in textbooks every day, and stressing about standardized tests. These room transformations will bring excitement to my students learning.
I want to transform my classroom using life-size cutouts of my students favorite Disney characters, have a giant imagine of Cinderella's castle, and you can't forget about the magical fireworks! We have to celebrate our students' learning!
