I teach 20 first graders. When my students walk in the door of my classroom, I focus on their potential and growth. I am looking to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
My students are clever, imaginative and very spontaneous.
They like to move, they love to read and love lots of positive attention. They deserve the best education possible. These students need materials that will help keep their interest and motivate their desire to learn. This is my second year teaching and I love what I do!
My Project
My classroom is filled with creative thinkers! In order to keep them engaged and challenged, I am in need of activities that will push them further.
By donating to my project, you will be helping to create a classroom that pushes my students to be the best that they can be!
The ThinkFun games will allow my students to be challenged and think outside of the box. This will keep learning fun! The spinners will help my math stations run smoothly. The recollections photo keepers will store math stations in order to keep our classroom organized. Our 3 tier cart will serve as a writing station to keep all of our materials for writers workshop! End tables will also be used during writing time to serve as flexible seating. We also have a big joe chair in our classroom that needs to be refilled for flexible learning and comfort. Mini flashlights will be used for "flashlight Friday" during read to self time!
