Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are creative, smart, and love exploring. They are kind and generous. My students have a love for learning. Our classroom is made up of 27 beautiful children of all levels. I teach in a school where students are encouraged to be gracious members of their community, school, and each other.
Our classroom motto is: Be kind to all people you come across and always do your best.
My class is currently full virtual. Although this is new to all of us, my students are thriving in their learning environment and making the best of the current circumstances.
As a teacher, I always encourage my students to do their best. I praise my students for all the good they do. I explain to my students that we are all great at something and we all struggle with others, therefore as a family, we can help one another grow and become better. I encourage my students to believe in themselves and always do their best.
My Project
I love making learning fun! If students are having fun, they are engaged in their learning. Giving students the tools they need will allow for fun engaging learning to take place.

I love it when students go home and are excited to share what they learned during the day. I know that students learn in many different ways. Providing hands-on resources will be great!
Due to distance learning, my students are on a computer for 4-6 hours per day. I would love to break up that learning time with engaging tools.
