My Students

I am currently working in a special education classroom with 3 to 5-year-old children. One quality they all share is their need for hands-on and engaging activities for inside and outside play. Our students are in a special education program because they require extra support in a smaller classroom. Our goal is to support all of their needs including social, language, motor, and academic.

The supplies requested will encourage reading, writing and language skill develpoment as well

My Project

Our students were out of school for over a year! Now that we are back in school, students need creative and engaging activities to help support skills that will help get them ready for TK and Kindergarten.

Special education classes often have children who require extra support with speech, sensory, acdemic and readiness skills, requiring teachers to get extra creative when developing curriculum.

The included items will make learning fun and provide a variety of opportunities to learn and grow in the classroom. Early intervention is extremely important when helping a child reach their potential.
