Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My classroom is an ELF (4-year-old kids) program. My group of students consists of two sessions, AM and PM, having 33 students altogether. There is a great diversity with about 70% of them being girls and 30% boys. Some of the students have an IEP with different exceptionalities.
My Project
We have recently adopted a new curriculum at our school. We are focusing on the social-emotional area. Dramatic play, art center, and the rest of the centers in our classroom play a very important role in helping students increase their social-emotional skills.
At this time we are lacking some of the materials needed to serve kids in the most reachable way.
I moved to another classroom this school year and need laminating materials to preserve my students' artwork, wood blocks, baby dolls, and dinosaur toys. I would appreciate your help!
