Making Kindergarten Fun with Hands-On Learning

Help me give my students fun ways to learn their letters and alphabet with hands-on learning tools.

My Project

Many of my students have never been to school before, so I do my best to make learning fun! Students learn so much more when "playing," so I would love to add some more hands-on items for students to manipulate while learning letters, numbers, and CVC words. The number and letter robots would provide students the chance to work the fine motor muscles in their hands by twisting and turning the objects, while also building letter and number fluency when turning it into the correct shape. The number and letter searching games will provide a fun way to practice identifying them along with a buddy. And the tracing and writing boards are so important when learning correct letter formation that will follow them throughout their educational journey.

My goal is to create a love of learning that will never end, so I work hard at making our classroom fun, hands-on, and engaging, while also working on how to take turns, share, and problem solve with kindness.
