My students are so important to me and I want to inspire them every single day. My goal is to make them life long readers and learners. I have seen them grow so much since the beginning of this school year and I want them to keep reaching for those higher goals in their educational journey. My students are so very special and they deserve every opportunity to achieve, succeed and to become the best that they can possibly be!
My Project
Some of my students have a difficult time finding a “just right” book. These new books will help them find an interest in a series or topic. I have been teaching for over 20 years at different grade levels and the majority of my books are in bad shape and outdated. These titles will spark a new interest for my kids and help my ELL students find great stories to enjoy. Reading is so important in a person’s life and finding fun, engaging stories will help build fluency, increase vocabulary and enhance comprehension. Reading is a gift that never stops giving and it can take you places that you have never imagined...
