Help me give my students an enlarged visual on how real-life application skills learned and taught inside the classroom can be used in a real-world setting.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My students are creative and love hands-on activities, engaging in activities that stimulate their growth mindset, which they are able to apply in the real world setting. They all are unique and different which brings joy inside the classroom. They each have superpowers that connect them in a way that they are able to help each other. They inspire me to learn new ways to continually teach them new skills.
My students have superpowers where real-life applications are their kryptonite!
I love to see my students make leap and bounds and come out of their comfort zone. They come to school each day excited to learn, discover new opportunities, and explore new skills to use in the real-world setting.
The materials that I am requesting will help my students flourish in a real-world setting. My goal is to expose my students to real life applications inside the classroom setting.
Being different is unique and expands my students' SUPERPOWERS which will navigate them through this exciting journey.
The colorful play money will be used as part of a reward system, this will give my students an opportunity to learn and encourage them to recognize dollar and coin value. Each week the students will earn money which they will deposit in a their personal classroom bank account (this teaches them how to add money and save) which they will be able to spend in the classroom store on Friday's. (This teaches them how to earn money, shop, make choices)
The restaurant kit will help teach my students table etiquette, how to order from a menu at a restaurant while using eye contact, and listening to the server as he/she is going over the menu options.
By donating to our project, you will not only increase my students attention and focus, but they will begin to see purpose in a real-world setting.
We will use all these materials to aide us in this journey beyond the classroom. Students will be able to understand, visualize and see the concept of learning new skills that can be transferred in the real world.
