Help me give my students a way use their own devices to access learning materials online (adapters connect to available school headphones) and a way to ensure that materials used in class are sanitized to be share-able safely!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are energetic seventh graders who love being physically active, connecting to content through technology, and working collaboratively with their peers. Many of my students are learning English as their second language, and we focus on written communication heavily in seventh grade. A number of students are also working within special education programs and benefit from extra support, particularly in reading and English/Language Arts.
My students love making connections to what they read and telling stories of their own.
They are incredibly passionate about the issues they care about.
Because many of my students come from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, I focus on teaching strategies that will help them become high school- and college-ready (many of them will go on to become the first person in their family to go to college). They deserve the absolute best, and I work hard to make sure that they have the materials, support, and encouragement they need to do the best academically and beyond.
My Project
Help make sure my students have access to the needed materials to access audio materials online! I want to make sure that headphones I am providing to students last a long time and are safe and hygenic, so students in all my classes have access to this technology. The items in this project will help make sure that headphones are stored carefully so they will resist daily wear-and-tear; additionally, the shelving unit will allow students to practice responsibility and autonomy as they check out and return headphones independently.
Help make sure that all of my students can benefit from safe, hygenic access to headphones at school - whether using their own devices or a school Chromebook!
Additionally, this project includes a UV sanitizer bag that will allow me to make sure that headphones are properly sanitized between uses so students are safe and comfortable using headphones provided at school.
This project also includes several headphone adapters, as some students have cell phones that have various types of headphone connectors. Many of my students only access the internet at home via their cell phones, so are very capable of using their devices for class projects like online quizzes, checking and improving their grades through district software, and completing research for projects and assignments. Headphone adaptors allow them to use the technology they are comfortable with and expand their ability to access internet resources including podcasts, audio recordings, and videos. We also use headphones to access learning software including iStation and Learning Ally, which students can use both at school; these programs help students target skills specific to their needs and interests, and both have significant audio components.
