Mrs. Thompson from Nashville TN is requesting reading nooks, desks & storage through DonorsChoose, the most trusted classroom funding site for teachers.
My students need this so that we can use shelves at their level for more materials that are assessable to them. This cabinet will help us be able to switch in out more materials for students.

My student's spend the day getting oriented with school setting and socializing with others.
My goal is for them to be socially, emotionally and academically prepared for school.
My students are a group of eager learners who want to learn all they can.
Most of my students are ELL and low socioeconomic status. However, that does not stop them from being the sweetest students ever and eager to learn. These are our future leaders and I want to be able to give them every opportunity to be independent. My students have become very acclimated to school and learning all the rules and procedures. Now it is time to jump into the many academics that they must learn before the end of the school year.
My Pre-K students strive to learn how to be in a school environment as well as be independent. I am requesting this cabinet to help my students continue to thrive to be even more independent.
My classroom lacks in storage space.
We have been blessed to receive lots of new materials to use in the classroom. However, in order to set my students up for success I need to be able to store some of the materials out of the way. We can then use shelves at their level for materials that they can independently use.
We are requesting help, so that students are able to thrive in an environment suitable for the best learning available.
