This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very hands-on learners. They love to sing, dance, and jump into every new lesson we have. Each student comes to school with excitement about what they are going to discover next. They need a little extra support to be able to really thrive.

Autism does not mean that students cannot learn.

It means that they learn in different ways. Having the resources they need to succeed is extremely important. Coming from a low income home will not stop my students!

My Project

Creativity. My students are always looking for something new to try. We work on academics, social skills, and daily living skills in our classroom. My students have always loved STEAM projects and lately, we've been diving into the science part of STEAM.

I want to introduce my students to the engineering and art part of STEAM.

I am asking for a basket making set, Ferris Wheel Kit, Barnyard House Kit, a Djeco Quilling Kit - Spiral Seasons, and some Faber-Castell World Colors Modeling Clay Set.

This project will open my students up to new creative outlets. Thank you for choosing my project! We appreciate it!
