Maker Space: Enhancing Creativity

My students need these materials to enhance their Maker Space area of the Library and enhance their creativity and problem solving.

My Students

Our school strives to bring out the creativity in each student. We have learned that students learn the fundamentals of reading and writing in their home room but are lacking time for creativity. I love that my students have a love for creativity!

As my students enter my media center, they understand that this is the place where creativity is fostered.

They enter an environment where they are the thinkers, and the problem solvers. In my Media Center creativity is the key to success.

My Project

Implementing Maker Space in Media Centers is a newer trend in teaching. Maker Space allows students to create using their own ideas and problem solving abilities. In order to have a successful Maker Space area, items such has Magformers, wooden blocks, and organizational carts are a must. Students will be able to build and construct using their creativity.

By donating to my project, you are helping create a Maker Space area that is fully functioning.

A place where students can come in and use their creativity to build and construct. There is no limit to creativity when Maker Space is implemented in a school.
