My Students

Our students here at my school are eager and willing to learn! We teach at a low-income school with almost the entire school population receiving free or reduced-price lunch. They have the biggest hearts but sometimes do not show it in the best of ways. Our students do work hard and are super excited to learn and to grow. They come to school to be loved and we are here to do just that! We also strive to give them the best education by finding a lot of different ways to teach and to learn. I also think that these students deserve more than they have, which is why I chose to work and stay here!

My Project

mBot is an entry-level robot for kids. It's easy to build in 15 minutes with a building guide and 3D, step-by-step instructions. It comes with a free mblock App that allows you to program the robots to sing, dance, play games, and other things.

If we have this robot for my classroom, it would not only further our education with coding but provide more hands-on robots for my students.

My students love the robots I have in my classroom but these would make it much more challenging, which is what I'm looking for with my students. They need that extra drive or push to develop critical-thinking skills!
