My students need children's books to fill our classroom library, a classroom stereo to listen to read aloud books, and a media cart to safely store our technology.
Benjamin Franklin said, "Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn." In order to build a classroom where students are involved in their learning and motivated to participate, I want to provide my class with the best learning materials and experiences with your support!

Our school is a culturally and economically diverse public school located in New York. With a wide range of learners, it is essential I have the tools and resources to differentiate instruction to meet their needs.
My Project
The new classroom library books will provide my students with engaging texts that will motivate them as readers. They will be enabled to conduct research projects, get lost in a favorite story, and become lifelong lovers of reading.
The media cart will secure our technology in one spot. Wires will be safely tucked away and students can easily move around the classroom safely. With the iPod Boombox, students can listen to books read aloud to them, enjoy music in our classroom, and will support different styles of learning.
