Help me give my students their own copy of Crispin to supplement our Medieval Europe module. Crispin is set in England in the Middle Ages in the 1377 AD.

My Students

My school is the most diverse middle school in our entire school system. We serve many low-income families that cannot afford to purchase necessary school supplies. I have a delightful group of students this year. I teach one virtual class and 3 in-person classes of 7th grade World History.

My Project

My in-person and on-line students are beginning a module on Medieval Europe. Crispin: The Cross of Lead is an exciting novel that will help the students experience the middle ages through the eyes of a boy their own age!

Students will each receive their own novel to read in class along with the teacher and at home independently.

Each day we will read a section of the book and do an on-line activity to accommodate that portion of the novel. Students will then complete the Medieval Unit and novel with a Crispin project.
