My Students
I have a classroom full of students who are always excited to learn. They come in every morning with a smile on their faces and excitement to gain more knowledge.
My classroom is always full of purposeful energy. Whether we are working on reading, writing, math, science, or social studies, my students are always engaged and eager to learn something new. From hands-on activities to real-life experiences, my students are always ready to take on any task handed to them.
My Project
Books are the heart of learning.
My favorite quote is from Walt Disney stating that "There is more treasure in books than all of the pirate's loot on Treasure Island." This quote is in my library and is a reminder to students to treasure books.
The books from this project will help my students learn to love books and reading. They will help students not only learn to read but also about phonics, grammar, and writing. My students will also learn some great life lessons. "School's First Day of School" will help students feel safe the first week of school and the multitude of diverse books will teach students about acceptance.
