Help me give my students access to engaging videos through a subscription to BrainPop Jr. This subscription will allow me to supplement my lessons in all academic areas including science, social studies, reading, and math! We could also a small easel and erasers.
I work with the greatest group of 2nd graders. They are so eager to learn and soak in everything you teach them. I am so fortunate to be able to call them my kids for 10 months of the year.
My second graders are ready and waiting to learn everything they can this year.
They deserve the best education I can offer them and I can only do that with all of the supplies and resources we need. I can't wait to see what this year has in store with these kiddos.
These students come from very diverse backgrounds including various socioeconomic status, cultures, and family types. Each student is unique and individual and I try to capitalize on that individuality and the assets that they bring to our classroom.
My Project
I love my students and I believe in giving them the best education that I am capable of. While I try my best with the resources I have, I know I could be a much more involved and efficient teacher if I had additional resources.
We would love a 12 month subscription to the program BrainPop Jr.
This subscription will allow me to provide my students with engaging videos to supplement my lessons in reading, math, science and social studies. I have used these videos in the past and they really help to cement ideas into my students' heads.
I am also asking for a tabletop whiteboard so that I can more easily work with small groups at my back table. A tabletop easel will allow me to model and demonstrate new and reviewed skills.
