This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My 4th graders are a vibrant bunch of young, educated ladies and gentlemen. They work very hard to persevere in all subjects. These kids are like sponges ready for the challenge of being future leaders of tomorrow. They are the most caring, respectful, and empathetic bunch of 9 and 10 year old students that I have ever met. I want to make sure that after going through the pandemic, this school year would be one that my students will never forget. I want them to know that their education matters.
