My Students

Many of my students' parents work multiple jobs leaving learning and social skill (peer relationships, work ethic, following directions, etc) opportunities to take place while at school.

Our students have unique challenges throughout this pandemic and could benefit from additional supports to meet their learning needs.

All of my students are on an Individualized Education Program while some are also English Language Learners. The only English spoken is the time they are at school or during school activities which affects their background knowledge and experiences. This limited vocabulary affects their literacy skills. I frequently differentiate instruction to meet their individual needs.

My Project

This grant would allow my students to approach class assignments through a source of technology they may never have access to. Class projects through this grant will increase student engagement and allow their creativity to shine.

This project will help my students dreams and ideas become a reality.

It requires students to think outside the box of a 2D design to a 3D design. This grant will allow our class to build models, puzzles, games, mathematical devices, sundials, pop up story books, or even laser engraved photos. It will foster Science, Technology, Art, and Math.

This project will help my students ideas translate into a real-world view.
