Make Learning Fun!

Help me give my students language and math manipulative to have more hands-on approach to learning. Also, the alternative seating helps to get the wiggles out while learning or just to have some different seating choices!

My Project

The students I teach are mostly from low income schools. A majority of our student population comes from the Native American Reservation. These students have not been in a classroom for 2 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Coming back to school and relearning how to sit in a desk and complete work has been challenging.

I am asking for more hands on manipulatives to give students different approaches to learning and to make learning fun again.

I am also asking for funding for alternative seating, as we sometimes need a way to get out wiggles out during academic learning and these seating choices will give students that option or if they choose to get cozy on a pillow while reading their favorite story.
