Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My fun, curious, and enthusiastic fifth graders are from a small rural town in northern California. Each school day they show up ready to learn and explore. They are eager to learn about the world around them, and they bring an inspiring growth mindset when they walk into the classroom.
Every day is filled with academic, social, and personal growth for these kids.
They show up with a smile ready to take on the day. They are hardworking, kind, and a joy to teach.
My Project
My students love learning with the utilization of technology in the classroom.
The iPad Pro and Apple Pencil will enhance their learning and open their world of creativity.
These technological tools will provide students with the opportunities to play interactive learning games in all subject areas, collaborate with their peers, create inspiring projects, and give them the freedom to explore and express new ideas and display their creativity.
I would love to provide all students with the opportunity to use these tech tools especially since iPads can help increase the disengaged; with a variety of learning materials to promote new and exciting ways for students to learn.
Our classroom would use the iPad Pro and Apple Pencil for classroom assignments, research, projects, and STEAM activities.
