My Students

We have a great neighborhood of students and families. The students are hard working and eager to learn. Our school is often overlooked for funding as we do not have the greatest needs in our district, but we do have a district that is struggling to provide for the needs of all of its students.

We believe our students deserve the best, and we will do all we can to get that for them!

My Project

Makey Makey connects several different science and technology skills. Students will work circuits in order to create actions and buttons on their computer. We will discuss conductors and electricity with this tool.

Makey Makey incorporates computer science, and allows students to take their codes to the next level.

Students will be able to attach their coding skills to actions that they can bring to life and use for real world purposes.

I am hoping to expand our STEM and computer science opportunities. The future is in my students' hands. I can't wait to see what they bring to life in my classroom!
