Help me give my students The Discovery Education Experience, which is a multimedia platform including video streaming, virtual field trips, and dynamic curated curriculum resources to help teachers differentiate and meet the needs of all students.

My Students

These students love learning! They enjoy using a variety of learning strategies, but technology is one of their favorites.

They are fearless when it comes to technology!

These students live in a small rural community, but they love to explore other places in the world and learn as much as they can through the use of internet-based platforms!

In the past, when the budget allowed, they have had the opportunity to experience virtual field trips and they enjoyed them so much. They interacted with relevant and intelligent questions for the presenters, and were so appreciative! They are truly an incredible group, and I am so thankful to have students that are excited and ready to learn, regardless of budgeting and other circumstances out of their control!

My Project

Having a school license for Discovery Education Streaming will positively impact over 300 students and all of their teachers!

With access to the Discovery Platform, teachers can find highly engaging, standards based lessons and virtual field trips to keep students engaged and meet their individual needs.

Along with the videos and interactive experiences, students and teachers will have access to supplementary digital resources, STEM challenges, and a collaborative learning community. One of the most important aspects of teaching any content is to show students how the topic they are studying is connected to the real world and how they can apply their learning in the future. Discovery Education is a great tool for real-world connections and will be very beneficial to our teachers and students!
