Help me give my students a Macbook Pro to be able to remotely communicate with their teacher in these days of digital learning.

Students today are facing societal issues we never considered. They worry about their body image, academic inadequacies, poverty, violence in their communities, drugs, and whether or not they will make it to their future.
My students live in a highly populated, urban setting.
Many of them never venture outside of their own communities and have limited exposure to all our city has to offer. The majority of the students live in rental properties and apartments and, too often, single-parent homes. These children crave attention and affection.
All they really need is someone that cares! My students want to believe their dreams can come true just like anyone else's. Help be that hope in their lives. That's what I strive to do every day.
A MacBook Pro will make virtual teaching and learning easier. Our school's instructional technology specialist keeps us abreast of the greatest tools to use to conduct distance learning. All of her products just happen to be Apple. It makes everything easier and more seamless.
Being able to upload information, videos, tutorials, and conduct virtual class will be easier with the aid of better technology.
School districts issue computers to teachers, but are they the best? Probably not. This Macbook could be a game-changer in terms of me conducting virtual learning.
Once this shut down is over and we resume class, as usual, students will use the device to create mini-tutorials for their peers, record video book reports, and practice writing by describing their quarantine experiences.
