My Students

My students are the oldest and future first graduating class in our brand new charter school. Our launch was a source of pride as this has been a long road and the culmination of a great deal of volunteer work in our community.

Our students will only receive one third of traditional funding from our state.

These students are melting pot of children from our and neighboring communities that are choosing to come and learn in a STEAM school environment. This class of students are our school trail blazers!

My Project

Our classroom is a very busy place and we need to stay organized. Each day papers are being handed out and collected. Flyers go home. Our assignment planner notebooks are used to list our spelling words, vocabulary words and important homework reminders.

Using a compartmentalized mail slots in our classroom will keep everything in one place, organized and efficient.

This location will be used first thing, throughout the day and again before we go home. This furniture will help maintain a well ordered atmosphere and keep us on track. Putting a classroom system in place that teaches organization! Work will be accessible and easy to find.
