Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Each scholar in my classroom absolutely loves learning! We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, partner work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are! They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn!

My Project

These materials will help make a difference by allowing students to be even more successful in math class! We use dry erase markers every day along with dry erase boards to help us solve math problems critically and strategically! These materials will also be used to complete activities and projects in class. The snacks will be available to scholars who do not have snacks to being from home. Masks will be given out and/or used when students come to class without masks, lose masks, or are in need of new masks.
