This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My class is a family. I teach 26 fabulous first graders. Many of my students speak English as a second language. We spend our days learning, laughing, and growing. My goal is to provide a welcoming classroom, where students feel safe and accepted. The best part of my job is seeing students turn into lifelong scholars. Our classroom is a joyful room filled with learning!

My Project

When learning is FUN, the magic happens.

Magnetic tiles offer children the opportunity to use and develop a whole range of skills while unintentionally having a blast learning.

Did you know that you can use a dry erase pen on magnetic tiles! Imagine the decoding possibilities for ELA and the math problem solving!
