Help me give my students a musical and theatrical experience to ignite creativity.

The elementary school that I work at is such a special place! This year is our first year being open and we have hit the ground running. Our students come to school each day ready to take on another day of learning. I am proud to say that every staff member at my school strives to provide the best place to learn for our students.
My goal is to create a school and classroom environment that is inviting, engaging, meaningful and full of passion!
My classroom is a safe place where learning is fun but adds meaning to their lives.
My students are the most enthusiastic group of students I have had yet. Each and every one of them brings something unique to our classroom. Despite coming from low income backgrounds, they deserve the very best! Thanks to your donations, I will continue to be able to do whatever I can to help my students succeed and move on to be successful members of society!
This year, our school is fortunate enough to be in the position to take field trips as an entire school. This winter we would love to be able to take all of our students (kindergarten through fourth grade) to see The Jungle Book Musical. The funds raised by this project will go directly towards the ticket and transportation cost for our students and chaperones to attend the musical.
While math, reading, science, and social studies are all extremely important for our students to learn, so are the arts.
Many of our students do not get the opportunity to see musicals and plays. This field trip will provide that opportunity for them! Each week the students at our school get about one hour of special area classes that include music and art. Taking our students to see The Jungle Book will help to expose them to even more of the arts than they would normally get. The amount of creativity that I can see in our small school is immense! Please help us to help ignite the passion and creativity in our students. Thank you in advance for your generous donations!
