My students need Play & Learn Nature Activity Carpet to expose them to both letters and numbers. This carpet allows every student to have their own space when participating in circle time.
Our classroom is full of unique and one of a kind personalities. While our classroom is often full with lots of ideas and chatter, don't mistake our noise for being off task. We love sharing our ideas and sharing what we already know about the different studies we learn about.
The best way for our students to learn is through play.
We make many discoveries by using the different centers in our room. Our centers are what help us learn mathematics, science, writing, literacy, art, and dramatic play. While we are learning core ideas that will follow us into elementary classrooms in these centers, we are also able to learn problem solving with others and how to get along with our friends and classmates.
The way we learn in preschool helps foster our sense of learning throughout the rest of our education. We want to make sure we are getting the most out of our days spent with Head Start in order to become accountable for our education in the future.
My Project
The use of the Learn & Play Nature Activity Carpet will be used multiple times daily in our classroom. This carpet will help our students to stay on task during our many group activities on the carpet. This carpet helps our students to focus on the task at hand. Whether this be story time, music and movement, or our daily jobs and reminders.
This carpet will help each student learn personal boundaries as well as help them learn letters and numbers.
Students will be able to better focus in our room when we have enough space for each student to have a special spot for learning.
