This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Students are so creative. One of my students colored two hearts on a page then added a nose, mouth and head to create a face. She said she loves art. Having a variety of markers to use at school and home would be great for students who need markers to be creative with.
The snacks I'm requesting will make a huge difference for students who would rather have something to munch on.
These markers and snacks would be part of PE shopping days where students can use PE points they earned throughout the week to "shop" for fun things to take home.
More than half of students from low‑income households
