My Students

I teach at an amazing school located within the Greenville County school district. I have a class of 19 diverse and unique students! My students come to school each day with a smile on their face and excitement for learning! Our classroom theme is "Brown's Buccaneer's" with our motto being "ARRRRRR You Ready To Learn!" I have no doubt that I have the most amazing 1st grade class, and I can't wait to see them become leaders in the school and community.

My Project

Having a horseshoe table will allow me to work in small groups with students during guided reading, writing workshop and math workstations without disrupting the other students in the class. They will each have their own marker to write on the table with.

The best part is that the top of this table is a whiteboard surface which will allow my students to write right on the table!

What better way to solve difficult math problems or write down your thoughts and questions of a book?

I can't wait to see how this table will help improve my students' learning!
