Help me give my students dinosaur toys to use their interests to help build language and developmental skills!

I have a wonderful class filled with adorable Pre-K children (ages 3 and 4). To be in our Pre-k class, a child must show delays in 2 developmental areas. With morning and afternoon half-day classes, each minute of class time needs to be utilized. At our Title I school, parents are currently able to choose in-person or virtual learning. I teach both groups of children.
Each child enters our classroom with their own sense of wonder and curiosity, while also having their own individual needs.
The needs greatly vary from non-verbal to children high functioning on the Autism Spectrum. Some have language needs- language, expressive, and/or articulation as well as health concerns or disabilities.
Our classroom is a special place where children receive the love, resources, and accommodations needed to learn and grow each day!!
What was your favorite activity in school? Think hard! Was it worksheets? I imagine many of us remember experiments and hands-on inquiry activities! Our neighborhood school is the first step in a lifelong climb of our children's education!
My classroom goal is to have each of my student's school career begin with positivity and to build language and developmental skills through a classroom of play and exploration based on the students' interests.
My early intervention classroom is filled with amazing students. Each student has their own unique personality, interests, and developmental level. This year I have one group of students who are obsessed with dinosaurs! This project includes several dinosaur sets that I know will grab my students attention and allow me to use that interest as a way to build language and developmental skills. The SmartMax dinosaur and animal train sets will allow my students to use fine-motor skills while building dinosaurs and an animal train. The set of large dinosaur will allow for pretend play and language building moments. The dinosaur magnets can be used for a variety of math, language, and fine-motor activities.
Every student deserves the best start in school with play-based learning at their own level!
