My Students

Do you ever get excited when you find a book about something you love to do?

Our population is 54% low income coming from diverse backgrounds and interests.

We are fortunate to have many after school clubs and offerings for our kids. One of our groups is Yoga Club. Only a dozen or two students can participate due to class size and after school ride commitments.

My Project

Yoga eases the mind and the body allowing a more peaceful state. Students will be able to learn the concepts and stretches of yoga by referring to these books. In doing so, the opportunity of a more peaceful, learning attitude can be achieved. This is only one aspect of whole body wellness.

Your donation to this project brings yoga to the entire student population.

Students who can't stay after school for yoga will be able to borrow these books and learn on their own.
