Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students in my class have survived this historic event, with a strong desire to learn. They come from a very low socio-economic neighborhood and attend a true Title I School. Many come without the basic supplies that many students take for granted.

These supplies of markers, crayons, and art pencils will provide my students level the playing ground.

The whiteboards allow them to participate in small groups and visualize math concepts. The rug provides my students with a comfortable place to sit in small groups and as a class.
