Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school is strictly for special education students that are unable to be successful in their district schools. Our students sadly often come to school in dirty and/or old clothing. Another teacher in our building utilized a Cricut machine to personalize shirts and items. I plan on doing the same to help build self-esteem and positive mental health. When you look good often times it can help you feel good! I can also make cool projects as incentives and rewards for increased positive behaviors and also great attendance. I've included lysol to keep us healthy and air fresheners to keep the rooms smelling great! Thank you for your consideration.
