Help me give my students these items which will help them get a good start this school year. Many of the items are STEM-related which helps kindergarten students strengthen fine motor skills necessary for writing and cutting.
The students at my school come from many different families and backgrounds. Often, they are new to this country and their families are unable to support their children's classroom needs as they would like. Kindergarten is a young child's introduction to school and learning. It should be fresh and exciting and fun! I have selected crayons, pencils, glue sticks, and binders to help with their school work at school and at home if necessary. I have also included many different types of fine motor toys as well as STEM play. Studies have shown that children who have access to these types of toys develop stronger logic and critical thinking skills necessary for a more successful school career.
