Help me give my students an accurate and unbias news source that is specifically designed for their age group and a better student library that has books ranging across history and supports their financial literacy.

My Project

This project is important for students to understand the world around them. As Covid-19 has changed the world, it is important to see how history has gotten us to this point. It is important to expand literacy through history, then apply the themes and lessons to modern events. When students can analyze how people throughout history have reacted during unprecedented times, they will be able to apply these lessons to current events and the future.

By bringing in multi-cultural texts to our classroom library, students can engage and understand how history has brought oppression and triumph to people throughout time.

It will also showcase themes of how differences may distinguish between cultures, however there are similarities that bring us together as human beings.
